Shipping & Return Policy – American Firehouse Furniture

Production Lead Time
All of our furniture is built to order with an average lead time of 4–8 weeks. This ensures the highest quality craftsmanship tailored to each department’s needs.

Shipping Method
Due to the size and weight of our products, we utilize freight shipping for most orders. We partner with trusted freight carriers including:

• Old Dominion Freight Line
• XPO Logistics
• Zenith Global Logistics

For smaller accessory items, we may use UPS or FedEx.

Freight Delivery Details
Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged in advance. Customers must ensure someone is available to inspect and sign for the shipment. Any damages or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be approved in advance. To request a return or discuss potential damage claims, please contact tbradley@firehousechairs.com.
